We are a small, family-run business based in Qatar, dedicated to serving customers across the country.

Do you have physical stores?
Currently, we operate online only through our Shopify store https://vintue.com.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Qatar only.
Which courier partners do you use?
We use trusted couriers including DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx, UPS, BrightLink Shipping and Logistics, and Sheen Services WLL.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 1–2 days
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only at this time.
Are there extra charges for COD?
No, there are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery orders.
Can I pay using cards or online payment gateways?
Currently, we do not offer card payments or online payment gateways.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer with a fixed fee of QR.20
Are all products returnable?
No, personal care items are non-returnable. Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or damaged products, and an unboxing video is required.
